CERAMIC PUSHER PLATES
Ceramic pusher plates and tiles are used to process powder metal and ceramic parts that require high sintering temperatures. We produce ceramic pusher plates and tiles in fused silica for low temperature processing where high thermal shock resistance is required, as well as high alumina for thermal processing applications up to 1,980°C. We have existing tooling for many different sizes and configurations of ceramic pusher plates and tiles. A list of ceramic pusher plates and tiles for which we currently have tooling can be found here. If you cannot find the size or configuration of ceramic pusher plates and tile that you require, we do have an in-house tool shop that can produce a new part to your requirements.
CERAMIC SAGGERS
Ceramic saggers are used to process powders and technical ceramic parts. We produce ceramic saggers in fused silica for low temperature processing where high thermal shock resistance is required, as well as high alumina for thermal processing applications up to 1,980°C. We have existing tooling for many different sizes and configurations of ceramic saggers. A list of ceramic saggers for which we currently have tooling can be found here. If you cannot find the size or configuration of ceramic sagger that you require, we do have an in-house tool shop that produce a new part to your requirements.
